[Solved] New IOS Sensorware Update Issue

I updated all my sensors to v5, but one of them has become nonresponsive. It stays solid blue, won’t connect, and won’t respond when I hold the light to turn it off. I tried just leaving it alone in the hope it would turn off by itself but it’s been 2+ hours with no change. Any ideas for what I should do?

Update: I don’t know exactly why, but when I pushed more near the base of the button (with the button on top) I got it to turn off. That said it still hadn’t turned off even with being left alone for 2+ hours, so there might be something important there

You should be able to do a hard reset by holding the button down for 7 seconds - could this be what you did?
